Park Van Ness is a 271-unit residential apartment building with approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space, structured parking, and amenities including landscaped courtyards and a rooftop pool deck.

ASL Stone was presented with fountains designed by Michael Vergason Landscape Architects, and tasked with supplying dark gray granite for these two large architectural fountains in the main courtyard. Sixteen individual bronze spouts are set into the granite fountain, which provides a beautiful focal point for the entry to the complex.
